This is a sponsored post.

The 'Keep Your Cool For Back To School' Event is here! There is a huge $560 prize package filled with products to help you get Back To School without breaking a sweat! Read about one of our favorite Sponsors below, then enter to win here.

Our next Sponsor Spotlight is on School Tool Box! School Tool Box is a fantastic company that works with your school's supply lists to deliver all-in-one boxes filled with everything you need for the school year. If your school signs up and submits their lists, you can order your box online and have it delivered to your door before school even starts! They also offer fundraising so that your PTA/PTO can order the boxes in advance and have them ready to pick up at the school. Even if you can't get your school involved, they offer individual supplies in their store so you can avoid the Back To School store crush.

And always, Each box sold = one child fed.

About School Tool Box:

We provide your students with all of the supplies they will need for their grade level, according to your school's exact supply list. We use name brand products and guarantee 100% satisfaction. School Tool Box offers you much more than school supplies - with us you gain the following advantages:

Consistent: Supplies match student's grade level supply list.
Convenient: Parents order online at their own convenience.
Cost saving: We buy directly from the manufacturer, which saves you money.
Risk Free: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Fundraising: Schools have the option to offer the School Tool Box as a school fundraiser, enabling parents to earn money for their school on supplies they already buy.

When School Tool Box began in 2000, our goal was to meet the needs of PTOs and PTAs around the country. For 10 years we have provided pre-packaged school supplies built off teachers' lists and delivered directly to the school in the fall.

In 2011 we realized that needs were changing. Schools had cut back on supply lists to help parents spend less on school supplies and parent organizations had a harder time finding volunteers for their fundraising events. PTOs and PTAs struggled to coordinate and distribute hundreds of School Tool Boxes throughout the school. So, we created our new ship-to-home program.

School Tool Box's Ship-to-Home program allows parents to order their supplies online later into the summer, provides the ability to add or remove items a student may already have and requires fewer volunteer hours.

We offer both programs with personalized service and 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

School Tool Box is also a business with a mission:
Join us and make a difference.
Every day thousands of children die of starvation. School Tool Box has partnered with Feed My Starving Children, a non-profit charity, in an effort to make a difference. One Box, One Meal, Two Kids. Together we can do this!
As an organization, School Tool Box is making the commitment to live out our "servant's heart" core value by partnering with FMSC to feed starving children. These starving children do not have the opportunity to learn until their basic needs are met. We are driven to make a difference in their lives of those children. For every box of school supplies that we ship, we will donate a meal to a starving child through FMSC. You can equip your kids for learning and for life, through the lesson of giving and the benefits of School Tool Box.

I was sent a sample School Tool Box to review.

It arrived in a rugged and colorful cardboard case.

I love that it has a handle; It's a thoughtful detail. This would be ready for your child to carry right into the classroom, or would make a great storage box for extra supplies for use at home.

I was flabbergasted at the sheer amount of supplies that fit into one box, and also how complete the boxes are!

These are the supplies that were in the zippered pencil case alone!

This is the box unpacked. It was hard to get a shot of everything all at one time; It took some creative stacking, but these are all of the supplies in the sample box I received.

Now, your list would be tailored to your school's supply list for your grade, but here is the list for my sample box:
  • 1 Helix shatter-resistant ruler
  • 1 Tops Basic Select 1.5" 3-ring Binder
  • 1 Mead wide-ruled Composition Book
  • 1 50 sheet package of Pacon Manila Drawing Paper
  • 1 150 sheet package of Top Flight wide rule Filler Paper
  • 5 Top Flight 1 Subject, 70 sheet, wide rule, spiral notebooks
  • 1 Office Essentials Plastic Tab Dividers, 8 pack
  • 5 pack 2-Pocket folders with clasps
  • 1 package 3x5 ruled Index Cards, 100 count
  • 1 package Expo Dry Erase Markers, 4 pack multicolor, chisel tip
  • 1 box Crayola Washable Markers, broadline, 8 pack classic colors
  • 1 box Crayola Colored Pencils, 12 pack
  • 2 bottles Elmer's School Glue, washable, no run
  • 1 Sol zippered 3-ring binder Pencil Pouch
  • 1 box Crayola Crayons, 24 pack
  • 1 pair Fiskars blunt-edge Scissors
  • 1 box Dixon Oriole #2 Pencils
  • 4 sticks Elmer's School Glue, Disappearing Purple
  • 1 Berol Highlighter
  • 1 Shaker Pencil Sharpener
  • 1 Papermate Pink Pearl Eraser
  • 1 package pencil Erasers, 12 count
  • 2 Papermate Red Pens
  • 2 Papermate Black Pens
  • 1 Papermate Erasermate Black Pen

Holy cow! That's a lot of supplies!

Story time kids: I live in a smallish city. This smallish city has a very disorganized school system where the kids get their supply lists on the first day of school, which is a half day for this purpose. In this smallish city is one Walmart and one Target and quite a few dollar stores. So, on this half day, when the kids are dismissed from school, all the parents in the smallish city gather in each of these stores, all crammed into 5 short aisles, with carts, mumbling and cursing and trying to snatch the last box of colored pencils. This is not a story that ends well.

It was a shock coming from a bigger city where things were done much differently, but we've learned to deal with it. Sometimes with elbows. ;)

Seriously though, I'll be taking this company to our PTO. It would solve so many problems and benefit the school as well. With funding shortages everywhere, the PTO is always looking for ways to raise funds, and I think this would be a perfect fit for our community. The sample box had a value of $47. I don't know about you, but I would gladly pay $47 to get all of my child's supplies delivered in one box, and not have to fight the crowds and scour every shelf for the last, sad, stray composition book.

School Tool Box has offered to Sponsor the same sample School Tool Box that I received in the 'Keep Your Cool For Back To School' Event! That's $47 worth of school supplies!
