Copycat Coffeehouse White Chocolate Mocha {Syrup Recipe + Hot & Iced Drink Instructions}
Thursday, July 2, 2015I love coffeehouse drinks, but they can cost you a bundle over time. My favorite of the bunch is an iced, non-fat, no whip, White Chocolate Mocha, usually with 4 shots of espresso. If I'm not shaking by the time I've finished it, they didn't make it right.
Today's post is a recipe for a White Chocolate Mocha syrup that you can use to make delicious hot or iced coffee drinks in your own home. I'll also give you instructions on how to make both drinks just like a pro.

Now that you have your syrup, you can make your sinfully delicious coffee drink!
You'll need to brew a strong pot of coffee or espresso, or brew your desired number of espresso shots if you have an espresso machine handy.
For a hot coffee drink:
- Pour some of the syrup into the bottom of your cup as desired. Start with a few tablespoons if you're not sure how sweet you want it yet.
- Pour your hot espresso over the syrup and stir.
- Top off your drink with milk.
Iced drinks are a little more complicated, but not by much.
For an iced coffee drink:
- Pour some of the syrup into the bottom of your cup as desired. Start with a few tablespoons if you're not sure how sweet you want it yet.
- Pour your hot espresso over the syrup and stir.
- Add ice until your cup is about 2/3 full.
- Fill the rest of the drink with milk.
Ta-da! You've made your own smooth and creamy White Chocolate Mocha beverage! Super easy!
