My Favorite Facial Brush: Soniclear Elite Review
Saturday, October 29, 2016I received a Soniclear Elite from Michael Todd in order to facilitate an honest review. All opinions are my own. This post contains affiliate links.
If you've read any of my skincare posts, you guys know I highly recommend a facial brush as part of your routine, and my very favorite brush by far is the Soniclear from Michael Todd. It's biggest draws for me have been the antimicrobial brush heads that stay cleaner so your skin will stay cleaner, the power of the device, and its ability to be used in the shower (such a timesaver!) I've reviewed the Original Soniclear, the Soniclear Petite, and now I've gotten the chance to try out the Soniclear Elite! Keep reading to find out more about it.
The Soniclear is the world's first antimicrobial protected sonic skin cleansing brush that guards against 99.9% of bacteria that can form on brushes between use so the brushes stay cleaner and fresher longer.
The Soniclear Elite comes with two brush heads, one for the face and one for the body, the brush head covers, and the charging base. Like the other Soniclear devices, it's completely waterproof and cordless so you can take it right into the shower or bath with you.
The Soniclear has a timer that goes off every 20 seconds to remind you to move to the next section of your face (so handy!) and 6 speed settings (3 for the face brush and 3 for the body), but the biggest difference (besides the cool new colors and patterns) is that this new brush has a C-Boost button, which gives a pulsating massage to help revive your skin. Love it!
I've been using the Soniclear for 2 years now and I've seen a big difference in my skin. One of the biggest questions I've had is about the softness of the brush heads and whether they would work for sensitive skin. Yes, they are very soft. They're made to cleanse thoroughly, but not abrade the skin. If I could liken them to anything, I'd say they are as soft as an infant hairbrush. You know the kind you get as baby's first brush? That soft.
This device is solid. I still use my first Soniclear just about everyday and I've had it for 2 years! They're long-lasting, and so is the charge. You could charge it up and throw it in a suitcase for a weekend away and wouldn't have to worry about it dying.
