I received a Neck Massager from RelaxUltima in order to facilitate an honest review. All opinions are my own. This post may contain some affiliate links.

Hi, guys! Today's post is a little different from the usual. I get emails constantly to try out new products; I usually decline but this one had me intrigued. A tens neck massager?! Does it work? I gave it a try and I'll tell you all about it. Plus, you have the chance to win one to try for yourself (open to the US)! If you miss the giveaway, I gotchu: I have a 10% off code for you, too! [GIVEAWAY CLOSED, Use code SOUTHERN15 for 15% off until 5/26/21!]

So, I have done Tens therapy and also have a home Tens device. If you're not familiar with them, they use electrical impulses to relieve pain and relax you. They usually consist of sticky electrode pads on long wires and they can be a PITA to get the pads in just the right place.

This Neck Massager from RelaxUltima is a Tens device that fits directly on your neck with no sticky pads to replace or wires to get tangled up in. It also has built-in heat, a remote control, and comes in 3 colors.

How does it work, how well does it work, & is it easy to use?

Out of the box: It comes with the massage unit itself, a remote control, a charging wire, and How To Use and Troubleshooting sheets.

It's flexible, but sturdy with soft pads near the front to help keep it in place.

The metal electrode pads are mounted on flexible silicone arms so they can fit any shape neck. I was wondering how they would accomplish that!

You first fully charge the device using the USB charger included and it's supposed to last weeks without a recharge. The remote has a heat button, a Mode button (there are 3 modes), and the + and - intensity buttons (there are 15 intensity levels).

You first wet your neck with a damp paper towel or washcloth, put on the unit, and press the power button on the arm. From there, you can turn on the heat, change the massage mode, and set the intensity.

What I found:
First, the heat came on immediately. I have another neck massager that I got on Amazon and it takes forever to heat up.

I was able to get the intensity up to 8 on my first go (and that's probably because I'm used to using a Tens unit), so it's fairly powerful.

Y'all. It felt so dang good! My Tens unit feels like I'm being zapped and I just have to get through it to feel relief but this (on Mode 1) actually felt a bit like a massage. I actually got the goosebumps and melty brain that you would get from a real massage!

It varied between pulses and waves, and from right to left, so it was more like a Tens unit that you would find in Physical Therapy than a home shocker.

I was so pleasantly surprised and will absolutely be using this daily.

You can find the RelaxUltima Neck Massager here on their website. They're already really affordably priced, but with the code EXCLUSIVE10 you get another 10% off!!!
