You can see my previous Etoile Box unboxings here and some of the past boxes on their site. I've been loving getting this box each month!

Étoile Box - March 2022

The theme for this month is Italy and it's very different than the Etoile boxes we've been getting.

First out is a little bundle that includes the card for this month with all of the box products revealed on the back.

On the front of this month's card we have a recipe for Spaghetti with Toasty Garlic Sauce that ties into this month's theme and box products. Yum!

Also in that little bundle is our first box product, a set of 2 Vintage Farmhouse Towels by Colonial Patterns in Red Stripe.

"Made from a 100% plain-woven cotton with a 4-sided hem and a hanger loop sewn in the corner.  Stripes run along the long side of towel.  Towel measures 18x28 inches. Wash in cold water; dry on low heat; some shrinkage will occur."

Ooh, I love these! They're a good quality, large dish towel with loops in the corner for hanging or attaching to an apron.

Next out is a 16 oz. package of Pastificio G Di Martino Spaghetti in limited edition Dolce & Gabbana packaging.

"Spaghetti D&G pasta packaged in the Dolce & Gabbana bag design! Stunning packaging, top quality pasta.

Pastificio Di Martino has always made PGI Gragnano pasta by mixing the best 100% Italian durum wheat semolina together with the spring water coming from Monti Lattari. The extrusion of the dough through bronze die and the particular drying process at low temperature give the pasta a very rough surface, to enhance the texture and keep the wheat aroma intact."

I love pasta but have never had authentic pasta straight from Italy. People online rave about the quality of Di Martino pastas so I can't wait to try it!

Next out is a 14 oz. can of Polpa Di Domodoro from Italianavera.

"The POP version of our tomato pulp is characterized by the size of the cube, made with peeled tomatoes that are cut into particularly thick cubes, which are then dipped in a thick tomato juice. Thanks to the body and its particular taste, it is ideal for the preparation of sauces where it is necessary that the tomato has a full-bodied and enveloping consistency."

This maker specializes in traditional italian tomato specimens and sells various regional canned tomatoes in different varieties. I adore tomatoes (especially heirloom varieties). Another intriguing product!

"The perfect gift for the inspiring chef. Easy to use stainless steel tools. Giftable Packaging. Garlic Press - 7.5" L / Grater - 9.5" L."

How cool is this set? I love how they're packaged up and they're good quality, too. My current garlic press was my grandma's, and although I love it because it was hers, it's a pain to use and clean out the tiny pin-prick holes. This one is much more user-friendly and feels built-to-last.

I always love getting the Étoile box. This month's box is very different from what we're used to seeing but I love the specificity of the curation and I'd love to see more of these kinds of boxes in the future. This one is going to make one delicious dinner!

Etoile Box is a smaller company, so their boxes tend to sell out pretty quickly. If you want one, make sure you grab it asap, and don't forget to use the discount code below!
