Hey, guys! I'm here with an unboxing of Boxycharm for November 2020 and it's the perfect Fall box! I'll tell you a little about Boxycharm, all of the products that could be in your #HarvestWithBoxy box, what I got in mine, plus I've got SPOILERS for the December box and a coupon code so you can get some free products, too!

About Boxycharm

If you haven't heard of Boxycharm, they send out 5 full-size beauty items ranging from makeup and skincare to beauty tools and color cosmetics, and each box has a minimum value of $125. Sometimes the value is much, much more.

It costs $25 a month and has free shipping in the contiguous US. You can also subscribe for 3 months, 6 months, or a year and get a bigger discount for a longer subscription, so you could pay for a year upfront ($275) and end up getting it for $22.92 per box.

You can see all of my previous BoxyCharm unboxings here.

Add-Ons/PopUp

So, like most subscription boxes, Boxycharm has a shop on their website where you can buy items for up to 85% off.

They have Add-Ons that open around when the box Choice opens for the month. At some point during that time they have a PopUp shop and I have no idea what the difference is. The rest of the time you can buy from the Shop or use the Charms you've acquired from reviews and referrals in the Charm Room (which is not open during add-ons.)

You can get some really great deals. During the last round of choices, I grabbed the M. Greengrass Beach Air Dry Oil Spray ($36) for $4. I was charged tax, but the shipping was free for this tiny order and it shipped really fast. Unlike FabFitFun, your order will ship ahead of your box.

FYI, it smells amaaaaaaazing!!! Very much like a clean cotton with a little bit of floral and a finish of warm cinnamon. It's really lovely.

November Box Products

First, let's take a look at every product that could be in the November boxes. I wanted to show you this so that you can see what everyone could possibly get. Some are repeats from past boxes but you'll never receive the same product twice.

You take some pretty in-depth quizzes when you start and that should influence what comes in your boxes. FYI, if you're a member they've changed the quizzes a bit and there's a new Hair Quiz, so make sure to go in and re-take them!

My first 2 months (January & February) were amazing but they went downhill fast when the pandemic hit. Last month they came back strong so I'm hoping it was just a temporary glitch. This month? It's real good.

There has not been as large an array of products these last few months, so maybe that was the problem with all of the box confusion mid-year? I'd rather have well-matched products than a bunch of random stuff so I'm all for it.

Boxycharm November 2020 Unboxing

The box includes a card on top telling you about the items in your box and their values, and the November box theme is Harvest.

First out is the Choice item. I chose the Milk Makeup Kush Waterproof Mascara ($24).

"This volumizing, conditioning, waterproof formula locks onto lashes for a smudge-free, transfer-proof finish. Heart-shaped fibers provide weightless volume, length, and curl. Film formers guarantee the formula won’t budge, even when met with watery eyes."

While I may officially have a 10-year supply of mascara, I chose this one because I've never tried anything from Milk Makeup and I don't think I have any waterproof mascaras, which is weird; I usually have at least 1 floating around the stash. I also like conditioning mascaras and this one is both.

It comes in a unique triangular box (I'm very much a packaging nerd) and the tube itself is made of hefty metal. It feels very luxe in the hand and the formula sounds amazing.

I've read some reviews that say that it's not all that waterproof and some others saying "oh, duh, I had to mix it up in the tube to get it to be waterproof" so keep that in mind if you're looking to get this one.

"Our PUMPKIN TURMERIC 2-in-1 Radiance Polishing Mask infuses 8 orange skin-loving ingredients to help nourish and polish face for hydrated, smooth, supple and radiant skin.

The lightweight and exfoliating formula polishes and resurfaces skin in only 5-10 minutes while Pumpkin helps boost collagen and Turmeric soothes skin."

So, I'm currently using the Yensa Super 8 Lip Oil in my nightly skincare routine and I've been loving it; It soaks in quickly and is super-nourishing. Having enjoyed another of their products, I think I'm way more excited about this one.

I know butternut squash has an enzyme that is super-exfoliating; I wonder if pumpkin has it, too? Turmeric is a go-to for its anti-inflammatory benefits (I love this homemade turmeric mask) so this should be a nice mask.

"A serum that helps to replenish moisture in the skin by using a unique complex of low and high molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid. The staggered molecular weights of the Hyaluronic Acid are designed to help promote multi-depth hydration on both the skin's surface and in the epidermis. Enriched with replenishing Provitamin B5, the skin's elasticity appears improved as well as feeling and looking softer than before."

This is a very niche product, but as someone who has very dry skin, especially when cooler weather comes in, I'm looking forward to seeing what this can do for me. Even in this warmer-than-usual fall season, I gently cleanse and use serums and moisturizers but still feel dry. If this works a miracle I'll let you know.

Next out is the Jecca Blac Liquid Corrector 2.0 ($15).

"Liquid Corrector is all you need to cover under eye darkness. After our best selling product, Correct & Conceal was such a hit we wanted to create a product that was designed just for brightening the under eye."

So when it says liquid, it really means liquid. I opened this up to check the color (a dark salmon pink?), turned the tube over and it flowed out everywhere. I don't know what I expected, lol.

So, this might be okay under makeup as a color corrector but unless you're a medium to dark skintone I wouldn't try to pop this under your eyes before running out the door. It's also very thin so I don't know about staying power either. I'll give it a try and let you guys know how it worked for me.

Next out is the Natasha Denona Peak Palette ($48). Boxycharm Exclusive.

"A 5-pan palette featuring Natasha's essential everyday warm-toned eye pigments that she mixes and matches from her favorite palettes—all reorganized and wrapped into one! Composed of both creamy matte and metallic formulas from the cult classic Biba, Safari, and Sunrise eyeshadow palettes, you'll find yourself reaching for this all season long."

Ermagerd. Look at that pretty baby!

This is one of the Natasha Denona 5-Pan Palettes that are remixed from her larger palettes to get a different look. These sell for $48 on the ND site, but Sephora has a bunch of pretty ones for $25!

I don't know how good these will look on me since I'm not a warm-toned person, but it is gorgeous. From the cream and tomato red/pumpkin to the bronze shimmer, I love everything about it. I'm going to have to play around and make it work because, dammit, it's just so stunning!

So, this box was amazing! I don't know if I'm going to love the formulas on everything that I got this month but that palette is making up for a lot.

The value of the BoxyCharm box I received was $156!

This isn't a sponsored review post so I don't have a customized discount code for you but I do have the most recent BoxyCharm free gift coupon codes!

SPOILERS AHEAD!

So far we know that December's box will include a choice of:

Not too stoked about these. The curling iron was a choice from a few months back and I have it. I don't know about those magnetic lashes; I would hate to lose my lashes in a strong wind. 😅 I love Ofra but I haven't seen anyone use a banana powder in a few years at least. 🤷‍♀️

I then did some more digging and saw that we might get:

Also, undisclosed products from Tarte and Elemis. Hmmm. If the Boxy Gods are listening, I'll take that Huda palette, please! 😂
