Allure Beauty Box January 2023 Unboxing + a Discount Code & a Free $48 Gift!

If you haven't seen it yet, Allure Beauty Box is a monthly beauty product subscription box that has a mix of makeup, skincare, haircare, perfume, and nail products in both full-size and deluxe sample sizes.
In the multiple years I've been subscribed, I've received products from drugstore brands, high-end brands, and luxury brands. There is always a great mix of product types and a high box value.
As you can see above, the longer you subscribe at one time, the bigger the price break you get on the boxes. If you subscribe to the Annual Plan, your boxes are just $19 each!

January 2023 Product Choice
For the first time ever (or that I've seen in the 3+ years I've been getting this box), there is a choice to be made this month! You can choose between one of three great First Aid Beauty products: the KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub (one of my personal favorites), the Pure Skin Face Cleanser, or the KP Smoothing Body Lotion. Which will you choose?

Allure Beauty Box January 2023 Unboxing
When you open it, there's a little magazine right on top telling you all about the products inside and every month there are exclusive discount codes included in the booklet for some of the box products and brands.
First out of the box is the Free Member Gift for January, a full-size Boscia 0.6% Pro-Retinol Repair + Renew Waterless Advanced Treatment ($48).

It's been a while since I've used anything from Boscia and I love a good retinol. Excited to try this one out!

Next out is the choice product. I received a full-size First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser ($24).
"A fragrance-free, gentle cleanser that effectively removes makeup, dirt, and grime, leaving skin soft and supple. This non-stripping, pH-balanced formula helps maintain skin’s natural acidity and reduce flare-ups. The sumptuous, creamy texture never leaves skin tight or dry. I've used this before and it's a nice, non-stripping facial cleanser!

Next out is a deluxe sample of Sunday Riley C.E.O. Afterglow Brightening Vitamin C Gel Cream.
"A moisturizer that nourishes skin with high-potency, advanced vitamin C and delivers a non-greasy, satin-skin finish. This plumping cream is powered by a stable, advanced form of vitamin C to visibly brighten, even skin tone, and pull hydration into the skin over time for long-lasting moisturization. I'm a big fan of Sunday Riley's CEO Glow Facial Oil, and I haven't tried this cream yet. Nice!

Next out is a Trial Size of Elta MD Skin Recovery Essence Toner.
"A gentle essence toner that soothes, hydrates, and detoxifies skin while maintaining a healthy pH balance, and the first step in our breakthrough Skin Recovery System. It’s powered by our patented blend of amino acids called AAComplex and formulated without alcohol so it won’t dry skin. It also contains a mineral-rich copper complex called malachite extract, which removes impurities and helps protect against environmental aggressors. It’s what gives this dye-free toner its natural pale blue color."
This is pretty large for a sample! I did some digging and it's available for purchase for $11 as a Trial Size. You'll be able to get a lot of uses out of this!

Next out is a full-size Christophe Robin Regenerating Serum with Prickly Pear Oil ($49).
"A multipurpose serum that helps protect the hair from artificial heat up to 440ºF/230ºC while improving split-ends and frizz. This treatment contains prickly pear seed oil, which is one of the richest vegetal sources of Omegas and amino acids, and helps hair feel strengthened. Tucuma butter, derived from a precious fruit harvested in the Amazon, is known to be highly concentrated in fatty acids and carotenoids to help intensely nourish hair without weighing it down. Apply a small amount daily onto the lengths of damp or dry hair. Let air-dry naturally or blow-dry."
I'm probably most excited about getting this product. Christophe Robin hair products always perform well and smell good in that I-visited-an-expensive-salon sort of way.

Next out is a full-size Ciate London Fierce Flicks Liquid Liner in Black ($19).

Love a good wing so I'll be giving this a try!

Last out is a full-size Dr. Botanicals Turmeric Restoring Treatment Face Mask ($11.90).

So that was the Allure Beauty Box for January. The box costs $19-$23 per month and this one was worth $182. It's a great value for a fantastic array of products!
