Now that back to school time is here, it's time to start thinking about healthy routines. Sometimes we get so busy that we can't always eat right, so one way to make sure everyone stays healthy is to take a daily multivitamin. It's not too early to start building healthy habits with school-aged children, but what if they don't want to take their vitamins? I've got 3 sure-fire ways to get kids to take their vitamins and I'll share them with you!

#2. Make the treat in a lunch.
If you pack your children's lunches, pop in a gummie instead of the usual sweet treat. After a healthy lunch, kids will be happy to chew on a yummy, fruity gummie, even if it is good for them. ;) This is also a great method if you're not good at remembering to give them in the mornings. If you can get used to popping one in their lunchbox at night, they'll have one every day.
#3. Make it into a fun treat.
You can also let them play with their multivitamin! After-school snacks can become beautiful flowers or castle towers with the help of their gummie, and afterwards they get to eat it too! You can slice fruits into fun shapes and even give them toothpicks (if they're old enough!) to help them build their fun creations.
