Love Florals? I'm Trying Out Natalie Eau de Parfum & Natalie La Rose {+ a Discount Code!}

I received products from Natalie in order to facilitate an honest review, but all opinions are my own. This post contains affiliate links.

Hi, guys! I was sent some lovely perfumes to try out and I want to share them with you. These perfumes were inspired by the screen icon Natalie Wood and the signature scent she always wore, Gardenia. They were released by her daughter, Natasha, as a celebration of her mother, and every product is inspired by something of Natalie. If you like floral perfumes, keep reading to see what I thought of the flagship scent, Natalie, and the newer scent, La Rose.

I was sent the Natalie 2-Piece Gift Set containing the signature scent, Natalie, and the perfumed Body Cream. This set is significant because it is said that Natalie always wore her perfume layered with a scented body cream to make her fragrance last from day into night.

Opening the box, there is a photo of Natalie Wood, the legendary actress and screen icon who was lost too soon.

The perfume is in a large 1.7 oz. size and the cream is in a large 6 oz. tube. The set retails for $130 on their website, but it's on sale for $80 right now!

Their fragrance and body creme is formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, or formaldehyde. Natalie Fragrance is 90% natural, 10% craft.

Natalie is a gorgeous Gardenia scent. It is described as filled with bright hints of freesia and orange flower, warmed by French vanilla and musk base notes.

It's a beautiful scent, but very concentrated. I used a few sprays on different areas of my body for my first test and it was a bit much. For my 2nd test, I used one spritz and it was perfect. It's a real show of quality that you don't need much to get a full, lasting scent and this bottle will last you a good, long while.

I also want to point out the design. Besides being a pretty bottle on its own with a faceted lid, gold hardware and logo, and a barely-there amber liquid, the bottle is extremely thick and heavy glass, not a plastic made to look like glass. It's a substantial-feeling bottle and will look beautiful on a dressing table.

Along with the original Natalie fragrance, I was sent a .25 oz. rollerball of Natalie La Rose. I am a huge fan of rose scents. I was given a bottle of Tea Rose as my first perfume and I am still infatuated with anything that smells of roses.

As of right now, the only version of this fragrance on the website is the small rollerball. This is a great portable size and I love having a rollerball version of a scent that I can pop in my purse or in my luggage for a trip (but please make a larger size, too! 😘) The bottle design is similar to Natalie, but with a soft, pink color.

This scent was created by Natasha in collaboration with Claude Dir, Master Perfumer at the House of Mane, and it lists rose essence at the heart, fresh geranium as the cooling top note, and Forest Heliotrope to round out the all-natural scent. It is also a very concentrated scent, so a little goes a long way and it will last for hours.

This fragrance reminds me of my Tea Rose perfume, but a little more grown up. It truly smells like a gorgeous bouquet of the most fragrant roses you can imagine and I adore it! This scent will also be added into my perfume collection and I can imagine I'll reach for it often.

There is also a section of the site, For the Home. It houses a signature Natalie candle featuring pure distilled essential oils and all natural ingredients, and a gorgeous coffee table book Natalie Wood – Reflections on a Legendary Life, in a limited, signed edition.

I was generously given an exclusive discount code just for my readers! If you would like to try out any of the Natalie fragrances or products, go to their site and use code SML15 for 15% OFF all purchases! $20 minimum order, expires 12/31/19.

If you're a floral scent fan, I would absolutely recommend.
