Hey, guys! I've been using my pressure cooker more and more lately and was looking for new recipes. Well, it got a little out of hand. :) I rounded up 231 recipes from basics to appetizers, main dishes, sides, soups, desserts, and even some drinks. It's the ULTIMATE Instant Pot roundup that you can refer back to time and again to find something new to make for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

If you have an Instant Pot or an electric Pressure Cooker (same thing, btw), you know how amazing it is. You can do so much with it and since you can sautee in it before you lock on the lid, it cuts down on the number of pans you have to use for a dish. On top of that, you can make dishes that normally take hours in about 30 minutes. It's a winning kitchen appliance for sure!

I have the Crockpot Pressure Cooker, although there are lots of brands out there, including Instant Pot. The price is pretty affordable for such a cool gadget.


They now make Pressure Cookers that Air Fry, too! These are fairly new and I was blown away. Kinda wish I had waited to get mine. ;) These are a bit more expensive but can replace your slow cooker, pressure cooker, and air fryer, too.
