How to Keep Your Teen Full All Day Long
Thursday, August 3, 2017This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own.
If you have a teen you know how hard it can be to keep them full, especially if they play sports. It's like a magic trick the way our groceries disappear! Normal serving sizes just don't cut it anymore; He eats double portions at every meal and still gets hungry throughout the day. Normal snack-sized portions don't fill the bill, either. If you too have your very own human garbage disposal, I've got a trick to keeping it fed.
Nature Valley has come up with XL Granola Bars to solve that problem. They have all of the good stuff that's in Nature Valley's granola bars, but in an XL size for an XL appetite.
They're 50% larger than their regular bars to help curb a bigger hunger.
They also come in drool-worthy flavors. Your teen is not going to turn their nose up at a sweet & salty treat like this.
You can also get the Sweet & Salty XL bars in Peanut Chewy Granola Bars and Pretzel, Peanut & Chocolate Chewy Granola Bars.
If you need more protein, there are the Nature Valley XL Protein Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Bars and the XL Protein Mixed Nuts Bars.
Score one for mom again.
You can find Nature Valley XL Bars in the snack aisle at Walmart right next to the regular Nature Valley bars.

Plus, they're from Nature Valley, so there are NO artificial flavors, NO artificial colors, NO artificial sweeteners, and NO high fructose corn syrup!
He loves them, so I think this means I won the snack war? Was it a war? It feels like it was. I might have a little PTSD.
