Friday, May 20, 2022I received a complimentary box from Allure in order to facilitate an unboxing. All opinions are my own. This post may contain some affiliate links.
In the 2 years I had previously subscribed, I received products from drugstore brands, high-end brands, and luxury brands. There's always a great mix of products and a high value. You can see all of my past Allure unboxings here.
All May Products:
This month's items (like last month) were listed a bit differently on the site. Allure will never send you the same product twice, so usually there's an indication on each item that if you've received "this", you'll get "this" instead.
They're now all listed together, instead of a this or that format, so it's a little bit harder to guess what you'll be getting in your own box. Oh, well. If you're already a subscriber rest assured, they won't send you something you've already gotten.
Here are all of the possible April products:

First out of the box is a full-size 1 oz. U Beauty Resurfacing Compound ($148).

I've received this product in another box and it's fabulous! This is a high-end, do-it-all serum that will replace everything in your skincare routine except for a cleanser and moisturizer. Bring it on!

Next out is a 2 oz. deluxe sample of First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser ($12).

First Aid Beauty makes some great skincare so this will be nice to try.

Next out is a full-size 1 oz. BeautyStat Universal Pro-Bio Moisture Boost Cream ($50).

This moisturizer sounds amazing! I've got combo/dry skin so this sounds like it will be perfect for me.

Next out is a .4 oz. deluxe sample of Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner.

I've actually seen this mentioned several times (as that black rice toner) by people in a forum discussing their all-time favorite beauty box products. I'm excited to be able to try it!

Living in the south in the summer, it's hard to keep a hairstyle from frizzing out almost as soon as you walk outside. I'm interested to see how well these work at controlling humidity-induced frizz.

This sounds like a fabulous mascara! I like the fluffy brush and that it's a non-flaking formula.

Last out is a full size 5 oz. Christophe Robin Hydrating Leave-In Hair Mist with Aloe Vera ($39).

This sounds like an interesting product. Less of a leave-in conditioner and more of a hydrator when your hair starts looking dry and dull. Nice!
