  • Large flour tortillas
  • 4 Tablespoons cinnamon
  • 12 Tablespoons sugar
  • Butter cooking spray
  • edible colored sprinkles (optional)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

You will also need-
  • Parchment paper
  • a Clover cookie cutter

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Mix together your cinnamon and sugar and set aside

  4. Lay your tortillas onto a piece of parchment paper
  5. Use your clover cooker cutter to cut out as many clovers as you can from each tortilla (making as many as you'd like)

  6. Place your tortilla clovers onto your parchment paper lined baking sheet
  7. Spray each clover with a little of your butter cooking spray
  8. Now place the front of your clover into your cinnamon and sugar mix

  9. Place your cinnamon and sugar coated clover back on your baking sheet and repeat with the remaining clover chips.

  10. Cook for about 8-10 minutes
  11. Serve with a side of homemade icing: 1 cup powdered sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon of milk

Easy-peasy! I hope you love these Clover Cinnamon Chips, and that you have a fun and festive St. Patrick's Day!
