Easter is coming and I wanted to bring you a fun treat to make that doesn't take a lot of time or effort. These Easter Chocolate Caramel Pretzels are made from chocolate-covered caramel candies melted onto a crunchy, salty pretzel and topped with a cute malted Easter Egg candy. So good, so easy, so fast!


You can whip up a big batch of these in no time for an Easter get-together, class party, or to fill baskets with homemade treats. This recipe will yield 3 dozen treats, but if you need more, just keep going until your ingredients are gone!



Easter Chocolate Caramel Pretzels

Yield: 3 dozen
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 4 minutes
Total time: 9 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 36 small waffle pretzels
  • 36 unwrapped Rolo-type chocolate caramel candies
  • 36 malted egg candies


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275°.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the pretzels on the cookie sheet in 3 rows of 12.
  4. Put a chocolate caramel candy piece in the middle of each pretzel.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes or until the chocolate softens.
  6. Gently insert a malted egg into each softened candy piece.
  7. Let cool for at least 15 minutes and enjoy!
