I like to avoid heating up my kitchen for long periods, so today I've got a recipe for you to try that is made from start to finish in a slow cooker. It is a Mississippi Pot Roast.

It's a dish that has been making the rounds and only becomes more popular as time goes by. Not sure who first came up with this, but with a few simple ingredients, you can make an unusual but absolutely delicious beef roast right in your crockpot!
