Hi, guys! I'm here today with an easy and flavorful snack recipe perfect for those warm days: Peach Ginger tea-soaked frozen grapes!

I'm cutting red grapes in half and soaking them in a peach ginger tea for a lovely infusion of flavor and a little end-of-the-day energy boost, and since April is Earth Month, I'll also show you how I'm upcycling my tea containers into pretty on-the-go snack containers that you can use again and again!

If you've never had frozen grapes before, you're missing out. Like some other fruits, grapes won't freeze solid, so freezing gives them the texture of a stiff ice cream and makes them the perfect summer snack.

To make them a little more flavorful, I'm soaking them in a naturally peach ginger flavored unsweetened tea.

I'm using the brand new Peach Ginger Honest® Tea for these grapes and it is amazing! I love anything and everything peach and I'm also a fan of ginger flavors, so I was excited to try this one. The peach is the dominant flavor with a very light ginger taste.

I've been a fan of Honest® Tea (#RefreshinglyHonest) for a while now. I'm not big on super-sweet tea, so their "Just A Tad Sweet" Peach White Tea is one of my favorites. The new Peach Ginger Tea is unsweetened, so for those who don't like those too-sweet teas but still want a delicious burst of flavor, this one is for you!

All Honest® Teas are organic, Fair Trade, and brewed with real tea leaves, just like you would make it at home. There's no added sugar so you can feel good about treating yourself! They're also big on sustainability, reducing waste, and reusing. #HonestSustainabiliTEA: That's something I can get behind.

Honest® Tea can be found at your local Kroger store and right now there is a digital coupon for $.25 off 1 bottle and it can be used up to 5 times in one transaction at Kroger and all Kroger divisions! (Coupon expires 4/22.) Look for Honest® Tea in the natural foods section, give it a try, and save some cash, too!

Now let's make these super-easy frozen grapes and upcycle our containers!

Peach Ginger Tea Frozen Grapes & Upcycled Snack Containers

Supplies:
  • a bunch of your favorite grapes
  • a 16.9 oz. bottle of Peach Ginger Honest® Tea
  • a baking sheet
  • Sharpie permanent markers

Directions:

1. Pluck your grapes from the stems, then wash and dry them.

2. Cut your grapes in half and place into a large bowl.

3. Pour the peach ginger tea over the grapes and place in the fridge to soak for an hour.

4. Use a slotted spoon to scoop the grapes onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least an hour or two.

Then enjoy this frozen treat with an iced glass of that Peach Ginger tea!

To decorate your containers, remove the labels. Honest® Tea labels peel right off!

Thoroughly wash and dry your containers, then start decorating. Anything goes!

You can even get the kids in on this. These snack containers are perfect for on-the-go snacking because they can fit right in a car cupholder. The wide mouth means you can fill them with lots of things from fresh-cut fruits to snack crackers or drinks.
