DIY Scented Stress Ball
Source: Simply Earth
Ingredients:
- balloon
- funnel
- empty water bottle (or similar container)
- 1 cup flour
- 5 drops Tangerine Essential Oil
- 5 drops Fir Needle Essential Oil
- 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
Directions:
1. Pour the flour into the empty bottle using a funnel. If you don't have a funnel, you can also use a rolled sheet of paper.
2. Add the essential oils to the bottle and shake well. If the oils stick to the side of the container, give it a tap on the table to knock it loose into the flour.
3. Blow the balloon up first to stretch it out and let it deflate, then stretch the balloon over the bottle opening.
4. Shake and squeeze the flour mixture into the balloon. Pinch it off and remove the balloon from the bottle.
5. Gently allow any air to escape and tie it off.
Now you have a fun scented stress ball! They're so easy to make and a great tool for the kids to play with to help ease the day's stress, especially during school testing season. :)
