Hi, guys! I'm here with an unboxing of the Allure Beauty Box for October. This one includes a few products that I was super-excited about trying for the first time and also a few surprises. It includes 7 products from Sunday Riley, Sol de Janeiro, M-61 Skincare, Kneipp, Model Co., & Bausch + Lomb. I'll walk you through it + I've got SPOILERS for November's box.
Holy moly, guys! If you haven't noticed my posting schedule is a bit off. It's because my computer is down for the count and in the shop for repairs. Ermagerd, it's been awful and hopefully, I'll get it back soon and be able to get back to normal. Allure Beauty Box - October 2019

Welp, it turns out that this is the new box design and wasn't a one-off for their Best of Beauty Award Winners. It's cute but smaller, so I'm wondering how they're going to fit larger items in it (like the tan mitt from this summer) or if we'll get another reboot. This is the 3rd shipping box change I've seen them do this year. Calm down.


When you open it, there's a mini-magazine inside telling you all about the products included with tips to use them. There are also exclusive discount codes for some of the products, and I always share these just in case someone can use them!

First out is a "purse size" .84 oz. jar of the Brazilian Bum Bum Cream from Sol de Janeiro ($10 😬).

First off, I've been hearing about this stuff everywhere. People love it, so obviously I've been curious about it. It was offered as a choice in the FabFitFun Summer box, but there was no way I was not getting that Kimono. I'm glad it came in this box because I'm finally getting the chance to try it and I have to say it was the first item I snatched up and put on.

It smells amazing! It has a warm, sweet, nutty scent and it feels so good on my dry skin. I think I'm hooked. It definitely has me craving a Pina Colada and a warm beach. 🥰

Next out was a 3-pack of PowerGlow Peel from M-61 Skincare ($30 for 10, so these are worth $9).

I love a peel because they're a great way to get rid of dull, dry skin and get back down to a fresh, radiant layer. I haven't tried these yet (tonight, my pretties!) so I'll let you know what I think in my Instagram stories.

Next out was a familiar face: the Model Co. Metallic Eyeshadow Trio in St. Tropez ($13).

I received the same palette in the Mykonos shades in the February Allure box and while the shimmers are gorgeous, I've got similar shades in larger palettes, so this one will go into my Poshmark Closet if anyone's interested.

Next out is the Model Co.  Eyelites Metallic Eyeshadow in Granite ($9).

I received the Eyelites in the pinky-pearl St. Barts in the May Allure box and loved it. This one is in a darkest gray with silver shimmer and although the color is gorgeous, it's just not for me, so this one will be in my Poshmark closet soon, too.

Next out is something I squealed a little bit over because I looooove Sunday Riley: a sample of their brand new ICE Ceramide Moisturizing Cream (approx. $10.40).

We're almost done, promise! Next is a packet of Kneipp Mineral Bath Salt in Dream Away ($4).

"DREAM AWAY contains valuable essential valerian oil and hops extract, known for encouraging relaxation."


This packet is enough for 1 bath and I can't wait to try it out. I love anything to help me relax, y'all.

Last out is a surprise because there are usually 6 items, but I think this was a promotional freebie. Lumify Eye Drops from Bausch + Lomb ($11.97).
