I’ve partnered with Blue Diamond® as part of an Influencer Activation and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

Hi, guys! As the holidays approach and I think about new dishes to serve at my own family gatherings, recipes like this emerge. It's not the usual savory dip recipe but goes well with savory dippers. This cream cheese dip is sweetened with honey and stuffed with chopped dried dates, apricots, figs, and cranberries, then drizzled in a little extra honey and garnished with more dried fruit and rosemary.

It's a hearty, creamy dip, and contains some good-for-you ingredients that will make you feel better about serving such a sweet treat! It's also great to make for those who are gluten-free, wheat-free, or who don't eat refined sugar. Keep reading for the recipe!

This recipe was born of some serious indecision. I started shopping for a honeyed fig dip, but then I saw the dates...then the apricots...then the cranberries. There were lots of other fruits that I considered, like dried cherries and blueberries, before I settled on this lovely combination of sweet/tart flavors (and also narrowed it down to just 4 😂).

I could not have been more pleased with the result! This dip is uber-creamy but also packed with lots of good texture from the fruits. The dried fruits themselves are not very sweet, so the flavor and sweetness of the honey pulls it all together into one luscious treat.

It may not look like it but there are around 2 full cups of chopped fruit in that bowl. For me, the more fruit, the better, but you can certainly adjust the amounts based on your preferences. You can also adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey; Just taste the mixture after the addition of each tablespoonful.

The garnish is pretty but it can also let your guests know which fruits are included in the dip. The sprig of rosemary is just for show, but you can also steer this dip into herb country with the addition of a little dried rosemary, parsley, or mint.

This dip contains no gluten or wheat, also no refined sugars, so if anyone on your guest list can't stomach those things, this is a great alternative appetizer or snack to serve.

Ditto the crackers I'm serving with it. Blue Diamond Nut-Thins are wheat and gluten-free because they're made with rice and California-grown almonds. They have no artificial ingredients, are low in calories, and perfect for satisfying anyone you’ll be hosting regardless of their dietary needs.

You can find Blue Diamond Nut-Thins at Walmart in the cracker aisle. If you like snacking on nuts and love a good crunch, you will LOVE these crackers!!! They literally put my 2 favorite snacks together and it is pretty epic. 🤤

They're sturdy enough to stand up to your chunkiest dip and they make a ton of mouthwatering flavors to go with just about anything: Original, Hint of Sea Salt, Pecan, Sriracha, Cheddar Cheese, Smokehouse, Country Ranch, Pepper Jack, & Honey Cinnamon. There's a flavor to satisfy all of your guests this holiday season.

What is the holiday season without giving? This year, Blue Diamond will be donating a portion of their sales to Toys for Tots! I buy a lot of their Almonds and Nut-Thins during the holiday season, so I'm so proud to partner with Blue Diamond and so pleased that a portion of my purchases will go to such a great charity.

I grabbed the Original Almond Nut-Thins and Pecan Nut-Thins because I thought the flavors would pair best with this sweet, fruity dip. Let's make it!

This dip is so much 'om nom nom'. The sweet, creamy cheese and fruit go so well with the nutty flavor of the crackers, you'll come back to it again and again for just one more taste. Double trouble if you serve more that one flavor of Nut-Thins with it!

I hope you enjoy this dip during your festivities this year and don't forget to pick up Blue Diamond Nut-Thins at Walmart to help donate to Toys for Toys this holiday season!

Happy Holidays!!!
