Spring is coming! When we think about Spring, we usually think about Spring Cleaning, but your house isn't the only thing that might need a deep clean. With warmer temps (hopefully) soon to come, it's also time to think about an overhaul of your skincare routine.
Note: these Baking Soda Cleansers are for Combination Skin only. If you have Oily skin, try the new Bioré Charcoal-based products. You can find them right next to these on the store's shelf.
I picked up the Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub, which is a powder! And it fizzes!!! I was so surprised! It's perfect, though. To activate it, you add a few drops of water, and adding less water makes the paste thicker, which gives you a deeper scrub. Adding more water makes the paste thinner for those days when you don't need such a deep scrub.
I also grabbed a bottle of the Bioré Baking Soda Pore Cleanser. This is another new product that promises to purify pores in just 2 days. This one is a liquid and you pump it into your wet hands and lather it into a foam. It contains microbeads to help exfoliate, but this one concentrates on getting into your pores to fizz out dirt and oil.
These products made an amazing one-two punch and gave me the Cleanest Skin EVER!, so I made a tutorial for you! This routine is especially good for aging skin, or to delay the signs of aging.
If you're wondering if you really need a separate eye cream, you do for several reasons. The skin in our eye area is thinner than the rest of our face, gets more of a workout with every expression we make, and is more prone to allergic reaction than the rest of our skin. Add to that the eye area does not contain oil glands that can help keep this skin moist (unlike skin on the rest of your face), and you can see why you need a moisturizer with a different formula just for this area.
You can find the Bioré Baking Soda Cleansers at a Walmart near you, in the Skincare Aisle of the Cosmetics section. They carry them right next to the line of Charcoal Cleansers and Masks. Remember ladies: Baking Soda=Combination skin, Charcoal=Oily skin.
Pick up the Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub and the Bioré Baking Soda Pore Cleanser and get a jump on your spring cleaning!
