The Easiest Drunken Noodles

This post was sponsored by Ling Ling, all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

I posted last week about Ling Ling Potstickers and gave you an easy pickled ginger recipe, so this week I wanted to show you one of their delish noodle dishes. This is truly the easiest way to get the authentic taste of Thai-style Drunken Noodles anywhere, and at any time! I'll show you just what I mean and give you the chance to win ONE of FIVE $100 Walmart gift cards so that you can shop Asian cuisine to your heart's content!  [CLOSED]

Even though I'm on a get-fit journey this year, what is the point of living without a splurge every now and then?! Depriving yourself of the things you love can also cause you to fall off of the fitness wagon for good, so treat yourself, but remember moderation. It also helps if your splurge is packed with delish veggies. :)

One of my favorite cuisines is Asian (of any kind) so my splurges tend towards delicious savory/sweet/spicy dishes of noodles and dumplings (carbs, please!) and these Thai-style Drunken Noodles do not disappoint!

Besides being ridiculously easy to make, they are mouthwateringly good. A little sweet, a little spicy, and a lot savory, they're also packed with chicken for protein and veggies like onions, red bell peppers, and spinach.

They come in single-serve microwavable bags, so you can have them for a quick lunch or pop them all in a skillet for a family dinner.

The sauce is a classic Drunken Noodle sauce with dark chili sauce, Thai basil, soy sauce, and sesame oil. These little noodles are packed with big flavor.

Ling Ling makes a ton of amazing Asian-style dishes including Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Korean. Besides these amazing Drunken Noodles, they also make Japanese-style Yakisoba Noodles.

If you're craving Fried Rice, they make both Chinese and Japanese-style Fried Rice dishes from authentic recipes. Give them a try – Chinese Style Vegetable & Yakitori Chicken.

If you're as crazy about Potsticker dumplings as I am, you can get them in chicken, pork, or vegetable, and they come with a signature dipping sauce.

Check out all of their offerings here, then grab this coupon for $2 off any ONE Ling Ling Entree or Appetizer (20oz. or more)!!!

I got my Drunken Noodles from Walmart, but you can find Ling Ling Asian Food in a lot of stores. Check out their store locator to find a retailer near you.

Now enter to win one of five $100 Walmart gift cards! The giveaway is open to US residents and ends on Tuesday, March 6th, 2018, so get entering. Five people will win, will you be one of them?
