Hey, guys! If you’ve tried to buy disinfecting wipes from the store lately, you’ll know that they’re very hard to find. Having those disinfecting wipes ready to go is so convenient, so today we’re going to make homemade disinfecting wipes that are washable and reusable!

Check out the video to see how to make a container of bleach disinfecting wipes with a bonus cleaning wipes recipe or scroll down for the written instructions.

Supplies:

Directions:

1. You'll need to fill your container about 1/3 full of the bleach solution, so to measure how much you need to make for your particular container, fill it with water to 1/3 full. Pour that water into a measuring cup to see how much of the bleach solution you need to make.

2. Now, let’s make our bleach solution. To last for up to a week, it needs to be mixed at a 1:4 ratio (1 part bleach to 4 parts water). My container holds 3 cups, so I used 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons of bleach. I dumped that into the empty measuring glass and filled it to 3 cups with water.

3. Roll or fold your cloths to fit your container type, overlapping the edges before you roll them up. (I show a few methods of doing this in the video.)

4. Pour the bleach solution over the cloths, soaking them.

5. Seal your container and that's it!

I hope this comes in handy if you’re missing your cleaning wipes.
