2 Hot New Holiday Toys From Hasbro! #PlayLikeHasbro
Thursday, December 10, 2015I received toys from Hasbro in order to facilitate an honest review. All opinions are my own.
Time is ticking to get those holidays toys before the shelves are bare. If you're still looking for hot toys for the little ones, I have 2 to show you from Hasbro. The newest Elmo incarnation (which, spoilers: It's perfect), and a fun new craft toy from Play-Doh that will let your kids create their own glowing masterpieces.
These interactive Elmo toys are always hot gifts, and I bought a really fun one for my daughter years ago, but the difference here is two-fold.
First, this one has a soft and cuddly body, so your child can pick it up and carry it around and you don't have to worry about them breaking the mechanics inside the body.
Secondly, this one has two modes so it can grow with your child. Toddler mode features simpler play for younger children, and Preschool mode unlocks features for older children. This toys is for kids aged 18 months through 4 years, so it's a great gift for a wide range of kids.
Elmo is just as fun as he always was. He has sensors and encourages interaction ("Can you pick Elmo up?" "Elmo says, turn Elmo upside down!"), plays games, and sings songs, but also has a nap mode.

Next up is the DohVinci Spotlight Spin Studio from Play-Doh.
You know if it's from Play-Doh, it's going to be fun. This set is for kids aged 6+ and has 5 projects to complete.
This set comes with a spinning turntable with which to spin your objects while you decorate them with the included 3D gel colors. If your child ever wanted a pottery wheel, but you weren't sure about the mess, this is a great way that they can decorate an object and make it their own in the same style.
The turntable includes lights to show off their masterpieces when they're finished too.
You can find all of Hasbro's toys on the Hasbro website, or at any major retailer near you!
Do you have kids to shop for? What ages are they? Do you think they would like to get these toys? I love to read your comments!
