30 Day Ab Challenge {with Calendar and Exercise Printables}

Recently, I was considering starting an Ab Challenge to kick my fitness goals into high gear and then I thought, why not share? I created this 30 Day Ab Challenge with printable calendar and exercise instruction sheets to help anyone who wants to do it too. It starts off slow, but you'll really feel this quick daily workout by the time you're through!

The first step is the exercises. I chose 4 abdominal-blasting movements that will give you a great workout. This cheat sheet gives you complete instructions on how to properly do each of the 4 exercises: Crunches, Bicycle Crunches, Leg Lifts, and Planks. Get the printable exercise PDF here.

Next is the challenge. This 30-day calendar gives you the reps you'll need to do on each day and the rest days (your body needs time to repair!) It starts off easy for any fitness level but progresses pretty quickly into a great workout. Get the printable 30 Day Ab Challenge PDF here.

You can start whenever you'd like and just cross the days off as you do them, but for those who are a bit forgetful, you can start on the first day of the month and keep track by the date.
