How to cook Pecan Apple Pie Popcorn Mix
- Empty the snack-sized bag of SkinnyPop popcorn into a medium-sized bowl.
- Mix the stevia and apple pie spice together in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the popcorn and toss well.
- Add the apples and pecans to the popcorn and mix well.
NOTES:
A note about the apples: I'm using freeze-dried cinnamon apples in my recipe for a little more crunch. For a chewier option, you can use dried apples, or for a much crunchier option, you can use apple chips.
