Many of you know that this New Year I have #goals, and my biggest goal is to be healthier. That sounds a bit vague, but I want it to affect every part of my life, from the relationships I maintain to the way I treat my body. One of the biggest parts of that last one is the food that we eat. Convenience is great, but I have to re-train myself to choose healthier options, especially when it comes to breakfast.

Healthy breakfasts can be convenient and delicious. I just proved that to my whole family with this amazing honey-drizzled, blueberry Smoothie Bowl. It brings variety, deep flavors, sweetness, texture, and my favorite part, crunch.

Smoothie bowls are easy to make because you can prep lots of the ingredients ahead of time to have on hand for breakfast. Just blend your smoothie, pour into a bowl, and top with your favorite flavors. You can literally use just about any fruits (fresh or dried), nuts, grains, proteins, and fibers your heart desires to come up with the perfect breakfast for you. Start your day with some Spoonfuls of Goodness.

My blueberry smoothie bowl is sweetened with a drizzle of honey and packed with fresh and dried fruits, almonds, and Post Cereals Shredded Wheat to bring the crunch I love.

Yes, that Shredded Wheat. It's packed with 49 grams of whole grain and 6 grams of fiber and is a classic wholesome breakfast. It’s so good in fact, that it’s recommended by 9 out of 10 doctors to reduce heart diseases. If you're looking for healthier options, it's a great choice.

Post also makes Grape Nuts Original (another amazingly crunchy choice and an excellent source of 7 grams of fiber and 52 grams of whole grain) and Great Grains, which is another of my new favorites. Pecan-laden clusters? Yes, please. Also, 36 grams of whole grain per serving, 12 vitamins and minerals, and 20% of your daily value for fiber.

It’s never been easier to find a healthy and tasty breakfast, just shop for Post cereals in the cereal aisle at your local Walmart store. They contain fiber that prepares your body for the day and keeps you full until lunch and they have whole grains that are packed with nutrients, including protein, fiber, B vitamins, and antioxidants.

With all of the delicious better-for-you options, you’re bound to find a favorite for everyone in the family. Check out the #CerealAnytime board on Pinterest for tons of recipes and amazing ways to eat your favorite cereals...including this one.
